What year did you buy your lamp? If it was BEFORE January 2008, please continue with the list below. If you purchased it after January 2008, your lamp may be compatible with the OttLite 13w Tube Type
Look at your existing bulb. You may find the following model numbers marked on the base of the bulb: SKU's: T13330, T1360A, T38J36-CA, Z23112, OLPL13TC, OTL13TCB, T139EZ, T34J3R, OTL13NATB, OTL13P, T137D0, TRS113-CA, TRSJ36, T17113, PL13-A-FFP. These will be the same as this replacement bulb for your 13W lamp
The 13W replacement tube is approximately 7 inches long. Measure your shade and/or bulb you are replacing to check the length. If it is longer than 7 inches, you will need a different bulb
